Our Strategy
Box Investment Group is actively pursuing an infill development strategy focused on irreplaceable locations and high barriers to entry submarkets. The site acquisition focus is on the northern growth submarkets proximate to highway infrastructure, population density and DFW International Airport (2nd largest by size in U.S. and 11th busiest by passenger traffic in the World). Each site has its own unique characteristics which may include the ability to separately plat and sell to users, retail exposure, or the flexibility to demise the building into smaller tenant suites.
